Guests thrilled with experience at Hotel Indigo – Asheville Downtown

We recently received this letter from a recent guest, explaining how pleased they were with their stay at the Hotel Indigo – Asheville Downtown:
Sir/Ladies:
My wife and I recently stayed at the Hotel Indigo in
Downtown Asheville over the Thanksgiving holiday.  We have stayed in your hotel previously,
mainly because of the location and the fact that you allow us to bring our dog,
Derby, with us.  While we have certainly
enjoyed our previous stays, we were thoroughly impressed by the level of
service and attitude of each and every employee that we dealt with on this
visit.  Our dog, Derby, is getting older
and requires several medications on a daily, or in some cases twice daily,
basis.  Whether we were asking for some
turkey or cheese to give her her pills, or asking if we could store some of her
medication which needed to be refrigerated in your refrigerator, we were always
answered with a smile and a willingness to help in any way possible.  Instead of making my wife and I feel like we
were being difficult or demanding, we were made to feel comfortable and at
ease.
As far as we are concerned, there are now no other hotels
in Asheville.  We will look forward to
staying at the Indigo whenever we go home for a visit.
I am slightly embarrassed that I did not think to write
down anyone’s name over the three days that we were there, but from the front
desk to the bistro employees (during both the day and night shifts) to the
housekeeping staff, we were blown away by the level of service that we
received.  You should be extremely proud
of your people.
